These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoreProtect Insurance website at coreprotectinsurance.com and any related online services we provide (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who we are and what this Site does

CoreProtect Insurance helps consumers explore insurance coverage options and connect with licensed advisors. Through the Site, you may submit information so we can compare coverage options from multiple insurance companies and follow up with you about those options.

CoreProtect Insurance is not an insurance company and does not underwrite insurance policies. Any insurance products discussed or offered are issued by third-party insurance carriers. Availability, eligibility, pricing, and coverage terms vary by carrier, location, and underwriting.

No binder, quote guarantee, or offer of coverage

Information on the Site, estimated premiums, coverage comparisons, and communications from CoreProtect Insurance are for general informational purposes only. They are not a binder, insurance quote guarantee, offer of coverage, or contract of insurance.

Submitting a comparison or contact form does not, by itself, create an insurance policy, bind coverage, or guarantee that coverage will be available or approved. A policy is created only when an insurer issues it and all applicable requirements are met, including payment of premium where required.

Any final rates, coverages, exclusions, and conditions are determined solely by the issuing insurance company and are controlled by the policy documents delivered to you.

Your information and communications

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site or Services, including when requesting a comparison or speaking with an advisor. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

By submitting your information, you authorize CoreProtect Insurance and its service providers to use that information to respond to your request, prepare coverage options, communicate with you, and otherwise operate the Services as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS, additional SMS Terms apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Eligibility and acceptable use

The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to: misuse the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Site except as permitted by law; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; or use the Site to harass, spam, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect CoreProtect Insurance, our users, or others.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — are owned by CoreProtect Insurance or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to exploring insurance options.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for limited personal use or as otherwise allowed by law.

Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services, including insurer sites or analytics providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREPROTECT INSURANCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that results or estimates will be accurate or complete; or that any particular coverage option will be available to you. Insurance decisions should be based on the actual policy terms and advice from a licensed professional as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREPROTECT INSURANCE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreProtect Insurance and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls. Subject to applicable law, you agree that courts located in North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site or Services.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, make up the entire agreement between you and CoreProtect Insurance regarding the Site and Services, and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
